Lead Software Developer

We are hiring a Lead Software Developer with strong AWS and Kubernetes experience and in depth understanding of SOA and microservice implementations, to champion and develop services and APIs that scale.

A successful candidate will take on the leadership of a team of developers, and drive success of the team by completing goals and initiatives that you define through close collaboration with the CTO and the Director of Development.


  • Use your expertise and knowledge to improve our software and processes
  • Provide effective technical direction and mentorship to the development team
  • Perform code reviews of source code developed by team members
  • Develop well documented, highly scalable services and APIs


  • 7+ years of application software development experience
  • 5+ years in Javascript with strong proficiency
  • Strong experience with the Node.js ecosystem
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Working experience developing highly scalable services and APIs
  • Working experience with Kubernetes and the k8s ecosystem
  • Working experience with AWS and infrastructure as code
  • Relational database experience


  • Experience developing interfaces using React
  • Experience architecting and implementing CI/CD
  • Log streaming experience. We use the EFK stack
  • Experience with secrets management. We use Vault
